I’m someone who fights for everything out on the football field and who … does NOT like to get tackled.
I know the NFL game is even faster than the XFL. And I believe I can make that transition just as easily.
Things like personality and work ethic? They’re not measurable at a combine.
And just like in 2017, I only need one answer and one team.
Trying to prepare yourself for what is ultimately unknown is the hardest part of this whole thing.
As a kid, in one way or another I was always runnin’ to somewhere … or from something.
It was my first time being a free agent, and obviously my first time being in free agency during a pandemic.
I’m looking forward to the opportunity. I can’t wait to get there and help take this team to the next level. Hopefully, to the highest level.
We all have to be talking to each other about this stuff, make sure everyone’s being safe and being smart.
My journey over the past 20 years in New England has been amazing. It’s been a long road, and I wouldn’t change anything about it.
I started to hear more and more that it could get to the States. All someone had to do was get on a plane. And then — it did.
I definitely want to say to the world and everybody out there: Let’s take this thing seriously.
It’s not easy, and it’s definitely not fun, but social distancing works.

It’s been a privilege to wear the Midnight Green, and it’s been an honor to represent you.
This is not the best deal we’re going to get. We will be better prepared and better informed a year from now.

I still keep wondering if I should pinch myself. Like this is maybe almost too storybook for me, if you catch my drift.
